No more condemnation

Once you hear with your ears and receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ with your heart, and you confess Him as your Lord and saviour, you're automatically translated from the kingdom of darkness to God's kingdom, the kingdom of light. There is absolutely no more condemnation once you've accepted what Jesus Christ did on the cross for every single human being that then, now and the ones to come. Jesus Christ's death on the cross gave mankind another chance to intimately fellowship with God and not only that, but His death was the final atonement for our sins, every single sin. We no longer need to sacrifice lambs or cows to be forgiven, God sacrificed His son for the whole of mankind...not that we deserved it or anything, He just loves us that much.

The most fundamental definition of grace is "God's unmerited favour freely given to us in Jesus Christ."- Bob Christopher (Simply Grace). God shows His favour to us by doing for us what we cannot do for ourselves. Grace is Jesus Christ living His life in and through the believer. By the power of that same Grace we as seen as righteous before the almighty God, not by our works were we made righteous but by the death of Jesus Christ, the final atonement for 'all' our sins.

Most times when I make mistakes or I do something wrong, I beat myself up and I feel too unclean to even pray, but that the whole point of grace, even when you fall short it is still abundant and God even promises to empower us to do what is right, what pleases Him (Phillipians 2:13). Notice that I mentioned that I condemn myself after doing wrong and I try not to do it again, that repentance, that what God wants, there has to be a desire, a will to do good and the Holy Spirit empowers our spirit to over power the flesh and not fulfil the evil desires of the flesh. This grace should not be taken for granted, Romans 6:1-2 says "What shall we say, therefore? Shall we remain in sin that grace may abound? Absolutely not! How can we who died to sin live in it any longer?
As believers, when Jesus died on the cross, we died with Him so that anything that does not partain to God will die also, and when He rose for the dead, we rose with Him, to live the life that God has called us to live. Now that's a blessing!

God loves us and He wants the best for us, all we have to do is desire to please Him, yearn for Him and draw near to Him (now that's easy). The Holy Spirit would help us in our walk of life. We're not in this alone. What a great privilege to be loved by God!
